EdLeadia was created because the most difficult parts of school leadership are often the parts leaders carry quietly—and the parts formal preparation cannot always address in the moment.
The platform grew from Dr. Norbraten’s doctoral research into the transition to school leadership and a growing collection of anonymized school-leader experiences. Those insights are carefully reviewed and shaped into stories, recurring patterns, practical next steps, and reflective support while protecting the people and schools behind them.
